Architectural Services for Westchester County, New York

We are a full service detail oriented architectural firm with an emphasis on good quality design.

Architectural services are traditionally broken down into five phases.

Phase One: Schematic Design

In this phase your overall needs and desires as the client are discovered. Whether it is expanding or renovation to an existing residence or a new home. The Architect will access the Zoning, evaluate the budget and develop sketches to achieve these goals.

Phase Two: Design Development

In this phase the sketches are developed.

Phase Three: Construction Documentation

Drawings and specifications are prepared for Permit Application and Bidding.

Phase Four: Bidding and Negotiations

Drawings are sent out to General Contractors for them to submit bids on your Project.

Phase Five: Construction Administration

The Project is built during this Phase. The Architect's role is to check the Project to ensure the design intent is being carried out, to answer questions and help resolve issues that may come up during construction.
